Booking & cancellation terms

1. A request is not a confirmation
Submitting the booking form creates a request with the status "Pending approval". A booking is confirmed only after Assal 2's management approves it; requests may be declined if space is not available.

2. Payment
Payment can be made by cash, card, InstaPay, mobile wallet or bank transfer, as accepted by us, and a receipt is issued for every payment. Paying does not confirm a booking automatically.

3. Prices
The price shown when you send your request is stored with your booking and does not change if prices change later.

4. Cancellations and refunds
The cancellation terms of the package you chose apply, as shown on your booking page. Any refund due is paid in cash after management approval.

5. Trip times
Departure is at 8:00 AM and return at 5:00 PM. Trips may be changed or cancelled for weather, safety or official instructions.

6. Suites
Suites are for use during the daily trip only, unless stated otherwise.
